Shipping

All our items are shipped from Hong Kong - we ship internationally using Hong Kong Post. This service takes up to 15 working days for delivery.

Your orders can be tracked online using the tracking number supplied with your shipping confirmation via their website.

Returns:

If you are not happy with your item or the size is incorrect we are happy to exchange the garment.

Please notify us at [email protected] and return by post to us within 14 days of receipt – we are unable to provide shipping for items that are returned.

We will refund or replace any items that are found to be faulty within the first 3 months of purchase. A refund will only be issued once the garment has been returned to Noon Shadow and the fault has been examined. Please contact us in advance if you have any concerns regarding your garment.

Please return all items by registered post and retain the shipping receipt for proof of return.
